Helping individuals and families navigate every step of the Green Card journey, locally in Los Angeles and across the globe
What Is a Green Card?
A Green Card, officially known as a Permanent Resident Card, allows foreign nationals to live and work permanently in the United States. It provides legal proof of permanent residency and opens the door to many benefits, including access to employment opportunities and the ability to eventually apply for U.S. citizenship.
There are several paths to obtaining a Green Card, such as through family sponsorship, employment opportunities, refugee or asylum status, or special programs like the Diversity Visa Lottery. While the benefits are significant, the application process can be complex and requires strict compliance with U.S. immigration laws.

Do I Qualify To Apply For A Green Card?
Eligibility for a U.S. Green Card depends on meeting specific requirements within your visa category.
If you already have an approved immigrant petition and a visa is available, you may apply for adjustment of status by filing Form I-485 with USCIS. Applicants outside the U.S. must complete consular processing at a U.S. Embassy or consulate. Those already in the U.S. can apply directly without leaving the country.
Family sponsorship is one of the most common ways to obtain a Green Card. To qualify, you must have a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident relative who is at least 21 years old, maintains a valid U.S. address, and agrees to provide financial support during: citizenship is obtained or when the applicant has 10 years with a green card.
Most applicants must demonstrate a clean criminal record. If you have past offenses, eligibility depends on the type and circumstances. In such cases, professional legal review is essential—we can connect you with a licensed immigration attorney for guidance.
Applicants must show compliance with U.S. immigration laws, including lawful entry and adherence to visa conditions. Prior overstays or violations can affect eligibility and may require additional review.

I had an amazing experience working with Vadim, Diana and Karina on my immigration case. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. Vadim clearly knows immigration law inside and out, and he explained every step of the process in a way that made me feel confident and informed. Diana was also wonderful, super organized, kind, and always quick to respond. She kept everything on track and made sure I never missed a detail or deadline. Thanks to their teamwork and dedication, my case was successful, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I highly recommend this team to anyone needing immigration help — they truly care and deliver results.

The visit was incredibly helpful, informative, and professional. They explained everything clearly with facts and data, which made the process so much easier to understand. The best part? They worked fast — everything was handled efficiently and on time. Highly recommend!
Thank you so much! Karina was the best, she helped me to make my photos for a Green Card. I don’t know how to use photoshop, her customer service was amazing from my phone call, and while process. Karina helped me to apply for a green card 2021 without her help and knowledge for the all details that she advice I wouldn’t able to do it by myself. Fingers cross for my Green Card. Thank you so much, Karina!
